You will be sent an email asking you to complete the SSL’s enrollment. You will then be required to complete domain validation. You may choose to validate your domain either by email verification or file-based verification. File-based verification requires uploading a provided file to the root directory of your domain.

Following completion of domain validation, you will either be issued your SSL (domain validation), or be required to submit your business documentation to the certificate authority (organization & extended validation).

Yes, you may do so. Please ensure that you have generated a correct certificate signing request (CSR) and resubmit it to our system. Once the SSL certificate has been approved, you will receive your new SSL certificate.
