Yes, as long as we have secure SSH or remote access, we can manage servers hosted with other providers (including AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
Backups are not included by default, but we highly recommend adding our Backup Add-on for daily or weekly server backups. You can choose local or cloud-based storage options.
Our main focus is on server-level support. However, we do offer optional services like malware cleanup, website speed tuning, and WordPress optimization — just let us know what you need.
